Compassion is the key
Good day Mayor and councilors,
Just a friendly reminder of the change in weather. One or two degrees above the present arbitrary criteria is not reason enough to let members of our community suffer.
As of today none of you will step up and speak on this issue publicly.
Although this video was made the winter before last it is still relevant to the problem at hand, when will the doors be closed?
There are four Winter Shelters presently operating in Vancouver 24/7, should our community do less than having one operating from the present 7pm to 7am?
Many in our community are concerned with the shelter being closed at any time.
I encourage you all to take the time to view this video and remember you are representing All in our community.
Look forward to your response, sleep well.
