Some may be aware that the CCN group opposed to Low Barrier Housing are running a slate of candidates they want people to vote for.
I have just found out that the group puttting this out,
http://whatswrongwiththispicture.ca/sites/default/files/ccn-poster.pdf is in violation of the Community Charter because they have not filed as a Campaign Organization.
As such a Campaign Organizer is subject to financial management, reporting and disclosure rules like candidates and elector organizations. Pretty hard to do when one does not know who is behind the CCN.
